一、产品介绍
生产的TK-1100型氨逃逸在线监测系统采用高温伴热抽取技术,对脱硝过程中的逃逸氨进行连续在线监测,系统由取样及传输单元、预处理及控制单元、分析单元三部分构成,主要应用于众多工业领域气体排放监测和过程控制,例如:燃煤发电厂、铝厂、钢铁厂、冶炼厂、垃圾发电站、水泥厂和化工厂、玻璃厂等。
分析仪采用TDLAS技术(可调谐半导体激光光谱吸收技术Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy),为目前国际最先进的气体测量方法之一,该仪表具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、不受背景气体干扰、非接触式测量等特点,为实时准确地反映NH3变化提供了可靠保证。
TK-1100型氨逃逸在线监测系统取得了环境保护产品认证证书,编号:CCAEPI-EP-2018-893。给全国各地环保公司配套,拿下国内激光器的代理权,并且再次基础上制造出HCL、HF激光测量产品。
关联产品还有TK-1000型烟气排放连续监测系统可以辅助测量氨逃逸的同时测量SO2、NOX、颗粒物等污染源参数。
